Welcome to Villa 33, a modern and stylish holiday villa in the charming village of Nadadouro. Here, comfort, privacy and Portuguese outdoor living come together perfectly. The villa is fully enclosed and makes an ideal base for a relaxed holiday with family or friends, a short distance from the beautiful Portuguese coast and the world-famous waves of Nazaré.
Villa 33 has three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom with bathroom is on the ground floor, which adds extra comfort and privacy.
The ground floor is spacious, light-filled and completely open plan. The cosy living room with pellet stove flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen with island and the generous dining area. Thanks to the large sliding doors, the boundaries between inside and outside blur and you step straight into the fully enclosed garden.
And that is where the real holiday feeling begins… 🌴
Take a refreshing dip in the heated private pool, soak up the Portuguese sun on one of the three terraces or find a cosy spot in the lounge corner.
Anyone who loves good food and long summer evenings will feel right at home. Fire up the OFYR or BBQ, bake fresh pizzas together in the pizza oven or challenge each other to a game of pétanque.
As the sun slowly sets, all that is left to do is pour a drink and enjoy a wonderful evening under the Portuguese stars.

Additional costs
To make your stay at Villa 33 as pleasant as possible, the following additional costs apply:
- →Final cleaning: €150 per stay (mandatory)
- →Private pool heating: included in July and August. In April, May, June, September and October on request for €20 per day.
- →Security deposit: €500, paid in advance by bank transfer. The deposit is refunded after departure, once the villa has been checked.
